Who we are

KINDH is a nonprofit that serves families in need during the holiday season. This policy explains what information we collect through kindh.org, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our mailing address is 10221 River Road, Unit 60228, Potomac, MD 20859.

Information you give us

When you use our Contact Us or Sign Up to Volunteer forms, we collect the information you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number, how you heard about us, and your message. We also record the page you submitted from and basic technical details (such as your browser type and IP address) to help us prevent spam and abuse.

We use this information only to respond to you, to coordinate volunteering and donations, and to run our holiday program. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Donations

Electronic donations are made through PayPal. When you donate online you leave our site, and PayPal collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card or bank details. If you donate by check, we keep the information on the check only as needed to record and acknowledge your gift.

Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited and how people find us. Analytics cookies are not set unless you choose “Accept” in our cookie notice; if you choose “Decline,” analytics storage stays off. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
